Entry: Couch Potato Gang 2 Feb 15, 2009



My aerobics will be steps and learning basic dance steps. Here is the beginning of steps-learning about safety.  I will then work on some very basic steps left , basic right step , alternating knees, across the top , grapevine, and pivot move.

My other form of aerobics is learning basic aerobic dance steps. There is no vocal instructions in these videos- step tap, tap back, v step, and touch step.
